ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us email: greenzonetoyou@gmail.com, click here or WhatsApp us, click here within 1 hour of placement (during business day). We will do our best to accomafate your request. Once an order is processingm we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an emial notice to advise you of the cancellation.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Your shipping charges will be shown to you at the checkout. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Free Shipping is available for standard delivery for orders with a minimum spend of RM100.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME?
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). Most oders are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days.
Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
Oders are delivered within 3 to 5 days business days (East Malaysia) and 3 to10 business days (West Malaysia) from order's ship date. Delivery times may vary due to location and public holidays.
We are sorry. We are currenlty unable to accept oderds that aee shipped to destinations outside the Malaysia, our online store will only ship within Malaysia. Stay tuned for more updates on other countries.
ORDER TRACKING OR DELIVERY STATUS
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
