Return & Exchange Policy

Greenzone Hygiene hopes you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective/damaged items can only be exchanged with the same item. Greenzone Hygiene will cover the return shipping on these types of issues. Please take note that Greenzone Hygiene must be notified no later than 21 days after we dispatched your order.



RETURN PROCESSES
To exchange and return, please contact us through email: enquiry@greenzone.com.my, click here  or WhatsApp us, click here. In the meantime, customer will be required to fill up and submit the Return Slip prior to returning the product. Return Slip can be found here.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Greenzone Hygiene, either through our Facebook Live or from our online stores, can be returned to Greenzone Hygiene. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Receipt or proof of purchase must be sent with the returned item in the original packaging. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and including all accessories, and mail your return to the following address:

Once received, return packages are processed within 30 days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determided by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
